With the new normal of Covid, companies are shifting business practices, with more virtual interaction. But the most potent form of communication will always be face to face. And there are times when you need to safely get the team together, if only for a check-in. And the safest place to do that is in nature, away from crowds and distractions. We curate meetings in open space, and combine them with healthy activities and mindfulness practices to enhance the experience and improve wellbeing.

Laguna Coast Wilderness Hike/Meet: We hike an easy fire road into the Laguna Coast Wilderness, 25,000 acres of protected coastal wilderness with unparalleled views of the Laguna coastline and Pacific Ocean. Your hike includes a daypack with portable chair, yoga mat, pen and notepad, and water. In addition, we offer the following optional elements in chronological order:

• Team Greeting outlining the challenges and goals for the day.

• Deep dive into nature with an interpretive trail hike, including a “walking meditation” segment. 

• Yoga stretches to increase blood and oxygen flow.

• Mindfulness immersion with a 5-senses activation to wake up the receivers in our “operating system.” This includes activating smell, taste, sound, touch and sight.  

• Picnic Lunch

• Have a “Clearing,” where each person has a chance to express anything they wish to let go of in order to be fully present. It is a great listening and empathic tool to connect more deeply with one another.

• Private Meeting Time: We leave you alone but stocked with everything you need. Or we can facilitate with questions on brand identity, core values, shared purpose, and reaching the pinnacle of Maslow’s Pyramid of Needs known as self-actualization.

• Closing Meditation, Gratitude Ceremony, and Drum Circle

We also offer meetings in the open sea with our Kayak/Meet program. We conduct many of the above modalities at sea - including meeting - or on the sand when we return.

We also have ample indoor and outdoor space at our office for small gatherings in the heart of Laguna Beach, which can be catered by a number of nearby restaurants.  We have a conference room that seats 10, overflow meeting area, and outdoor patio space that can be used for meetings as well.
